Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy. However, please read our return conditions carefully before requesting a return.
We Do Not Accept Returns If: We take great care in accurately describing all our rugs — including size, color, material, and design. If the item shipped matches our listing description, we do not accept returns based on change of mind or personal preference.
We Do Accept Returns If: We stand behind the quality of our rugs. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item does not match our listing (wrong item, wrong size, wrong design)
In these cases, returns are free of charge — we'll cover the return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalized rugs and special orders
- Items that match the listing description exactly
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
